COVID-19 High Risk 

See below for patients who are at high risk of progression to severe COVID-19. Patients need to have at least one of the following to be eligible for treatment at the pharmacy.

• • Age ≥ 65 years old

  • Respiratory disease (ex: asthma, COPD)

  • Smoking (current and former)

  • Cardiovascular disease

  • Diabetes

  • Overweight/obese (BMI ≥ 25)

  • Chronic Kidney Disease

  • Sickle cell disease

  • Immunocompromised from medical condition or medications

  • Chronic liver diseases

  • Cystic fibrosis

  • HIV

  • Mood disorders

  • Dementia
